I specialise in uncomplicated fun sessions that work quickly to get you in shape, targeting the areas we all want to tone: stomach, arms, hips and thighs. My areas of special interest and research include stomach and back strengthening and also nutrition.

My weight loss programme is not effortless but it IS effective and isn’t based on faddy diets.

I get exceptional results with severe obesity due to my non-judgmental approach, motivation and encouragement.

Being older and having struggled for years with my own weight I have experience of genuine, effective weight loss and how to tone up during and after weight loss. Also, I have had 2 children and know how hard it can be to get into shape after that. But it is do-able! I have been the same weight for 10 years and have a better body now than I did when I was 25.
